Kirkwood Commons Open House

The Kirkwood Hotel, originally built in 1865, burned to the ground in 1929. In its place rose the current building. It is seeing new life as the finishing touches are put on a residential conversions that has transformed the 256-room hotel into a 54-unit apartment building. Within five years, the apartments will be sold as condos.
