I have read and re-read what you've said a 1,000 times and I still have no idea what you are talking about.
CDS has been in Red Oak for 20 plus years and we do have offices in Canada, the UK, and Australia.

What I am saying is, while the other CDS locations are still operating, there was something about Red Oak that was deemed not cost effective enough which caused it to close. One of those factors is where you are at. In this era of "where it's at" mentality in terms of geography, this seems to be the issue from an outsiders perspective. Another is often available workforce, etc.
Why else WOULD they close Red Oak and not anywhere elseville?

You mean like Harlan, Boone, Tipton or Wilton, where CDS also has offices?
