Hatch Development Group is proposing 38-townhome style apartment units on a piece of property that used to contain a former hospital structure that was converted to very cheap apartments on Indinola Avenue on the south side. This original building was demo'd recently to make room for redevelopment prospects, and Hatch Development Group was awarded the proposal.

Grading work for this project has now started, and some of the unit should be constructed over the winter.
