From my understanding... it sounds like there were some pretty interesting options available for that sight. I know Whole Foods was interested at one point but I'm not sure anymore.

Let's start cleaning up more of Ingersoll ... especially that awful gas station and anything owned by that slumlord that owns the Ingersoll building and 99% of the other buildings that look like garbage.

Same here, feel they went cheap, they could have really dressed it up considering the location.
