I have a home for rent just across from Downtown in the Little Italy neighborhood, south of Principal Park and near Mullets, Tumeas, etc.

My ideal tenant would be a young professional or professionals who want to be near downtown, the bike trails, etc., but are wanting something different than an apartment. It does have washer/dryer and you can park our car without paying extra for it.

Two bedroom, one bath, with front porch and a front deck.

It's definitely an old house, but the tenants who works downtown or went downtown a lot, or who liked to bike, found it to be a great location.
