Council Bluffs: Bluffs Towers Renovation

It doesn't look too shabby in this photo, but the historic Bluffs Towers Building should get renovated and will retain 70 housing units.

That area around Bayliss Park is quickly becoming a "cool" area in the metro.

Gorgeous building. I need to get to downtown Council Bluffs more often. Unfortunately most of my time spent in CB is around the western, parking lot haven portions.
