Here's an issues that the Board will be voting on in the coming months. It's supposed to be located at the Orchard Place building downtown.

School board members will vote on the school’s application Oct. 20. It will then be submitted to the Iowa Board of Education for a vote, with a decision expected by January.

P.S. I thought there was a topic where we had been talking about Des Moines schools in the downtown region and the lack there of for boundaries.

I don't even pretend to know how the district would pay for this but I do know that I would have given my left arm to have been able to attend a school like this. Very envious of kids who have these opportunities.
Nebraska is a football team with a school. Iowa is a school with a football team.
