• Project is to be comprised of 1,500 units of single family homes, townhouses, rowhomes and apartments. A commercial town center is proposed at the center of the development. Parks and recreational trails will link the developed areas of the project
• Development was renamed Michael's Landing, after initially being called Tallyn's Reach when first proposed
