• Project may be done in phases to not only include new sidewalks, light poles, plantings and streetscape fixtures, but neighborhood entry features and other elements that add a sense of identity to the district
• The project is early in the process and no finite design has been selected, but a study of the improvements has been funded, with fundraising for the improvements to follow
