On Saturday, July 25, 2009, the creators of absolutedsm.com were given the opportunity to fly above our city to shoot aerial photography. This gallery includes 39 aerial photos of suburban locations, including Altoona, Ankeny, Des Moines northwest and southeast, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Urbandale, Waukee and West Des Moines.
